Shortage, high turnover employee costs, and increased turnover rate have a great impact on the business activity and the success of a company. The challenge is even greater for companies with less than 500 employees.

The offered packages include 8 or 12 one hour sessions, online or onsite if possible, scheduled on a bi-weekly basis.
During this workshop, you will learn and exercise how to develop a coaching mindset in your interactions with your employees, along with coaching processes of communication. You will also learn and work on the qualities that define a true leader today, one that inspires employees to follow them.
This workshop can be 1 or 2 days long and is most effective in groups of no more than 4 people.
The combination will provide you with the highest level of transformation. Coaching will support you in self-reflecting and developing your self-awareness. The workshop will introduce the best way to lead employees in an empowering and engaging manner.
This package includes 12 one hour, bi-weekly coachings. The workshop takes place halfway through your sessions.

My international experience has taken me from Libya to Canada, Italy, Switzerland, and Austria. Before joining my current position, I spent 7 years as a manager for a leading international shipping company, MSC, supporting global teams in both North and South America as well as North Africa.
When I joined Electro-Güssing GmbH, I developed my expertise in leadership with coaching style to ensure sustained growth of the company and build a strong company culture. I have been supporting the leaders and employees in their development and their initiatives. In three years, 70 trainings, coachings and various solutions to ensure employees’ wellbeing were put in place, resulting in increase in revenue and a 50% increase in the total number of employees.
In addition to my current role as General Manager, I am in a mission to support other founders and team leaders who struggle with employee retention and who want to sustain growth.
